Simple, transparent, per-flow pricing
FestiPal charges a small platform fee only on the money that actually moves through us — crew payouts and deal settlements. Cash, tokens, and card sales processed by your own reader (SumUp, Zettle, Square) are never charged. Nothing is ever a surprise: every fee is shown before you confirm, and rates only ever go down as amounts grow.

How brackets work
Rates are marginal, like income tax brackets — each slice of an amount pays only the rate for the tier it falls into. A €3,000 payout doesn't jump to a higher rate all at once; the first €1,000 pays 1.5%, the next €1,000 pays 1.3%, and so on. There are no cliffs and no benefit to splitting or merging transactions to dodge a tier — the math is the same either way.
A minimum fee of €0.10 applies per transaction, to avoid dust charges.
Contracted rates
Larger organizations may negotiate a custom fee schedule directly with FestiPal. If your organization has a contracted rate, it's shown as "Contracted" in your workspace's Plan & Fees settings and always takes precedence over the default schedule above.
Fees FAQ
Fees are computed and disclosed at the moment of the transaction — a payout, a deal settlement — never retroactively. If the schedule changes later, transactions you've already completed are unaffected.

Yes. Stripe's own processing and payout fees are billed by Stripe directly to your connected account — they are separate from, and not collected by, FestiPal's platform fee.
FestiPal's platform fee is refunded proportionally when the underlying transaction is refunded — you are never charged a fee on money that was returned.
